Refund Policy
Refunds are not available if the instructions received via ticket are not followed due to lack of tools and/or cooperation. Sharing or reselling our files is prohibited. For any issues, please write in the ticket before making any decisions.
File size
The files provided are partial and are not suitable for benchtop programmers (which require full files). If you require a full file, you will need to attach the complete reading of your ECU to the ticket that will be created after payment. We will use your file structure to ensure maximum compatibility.
Format and compatibility
Our files are in .BIN format and are compatible with popular programming tools such as Kess, New Genius, and Autotuner. They must be written with the same programmer used to read them.
Important
The provided files cannot be used to change the firmware version of the control unit or to restore the operation of a control unit if the firmware has been corrupted or deleted.
