After I flashed with this files there is no more contact with ECU via BDM !!!!

So seems your files are corrupted ??

Honestly I thought that you can NEVER brick an ecu with BDM file, whatever you will flash.

Seems more likely a flash error? what interface? sure about connector pin assignment and location?
