Polo 1.4 TDI ecu bloccata

Salve,

ho mappato una polo 1.4 tdi al banco. Ho scaricato l'eeprom e l'ho caricato 4 volte su (diverso) ed adesso nell ultimo tentativo la ecu non vuole piu sentire di essere toccatta. Perche ?!?

Quando leggo la ecu mi scrive informazioni centralina complete e sotto ecu information mi scrive nessuna informazione.

Se invece vado dirrettamente a flashare oltre mi scrive invalid key. Cosa posso fare? Perche si e bloccata?

PS: Ha la mia stessa centralina (EDC15P) ed io la mia l'ho cambiata gia migliaia di volte...
