Galletto 1260 + Grande Punto 1.9

Hello everybody,

Excuse my english, but i dont know how to going on with my galletto 1260.

I have a Grande Punto 1.9Mjet build in May 2007 (sportiva 130).

I wanted to use the galletto for remapping my car, but the galletto does not work and i dont know if I do something wrong.

Is the Galletto able to handle the ECU of my Grande Punto ??

Can you help me please ??

I use the EOBD_1260 software with a windows XP 32bit.

Your English is perfect, you have to do "ECU DATA" and see what kind of unit mounts your car ...

@pnausmotorsport: I tried ECU DATA with the EDC 15 C6 / C7 Driver, but every time i get ERRORE DATA 1

@FabriGM: i also tried EDC16C8 the same error as above

Another thing is, that i have got FiatEcuScan. With that Software and an Elm-Interface i can read an clear Error-Codes in the Engine-Ecu.

That means i got a connection, but with Galletto 1260 not

Settings of my COM Port are: 128 bit and 1s waiting time.

I dont know what to do

... by the way, FiatEcuScan says that that my Grande Punto has got a EDC16C39 Engine ECU.

and with ELM-Interface i am able to connect to the ECU.

or are they other tools, which work perfectly for reading and flashing a EDC16+ C39 ??

Ciao, anch'io ho un grande Punto 120 EDC16C39, ma non ha letto il mio flash Optican Hybrid (Master), ma la vettura è nella lista, Un amico mi aveva letto è riuscito con la sua ByteShooter (Slave). Io non so come. grazie
